Eliot also has opportunities for youth beyond confirmation!  Our youth group meets for various events at least once monthly during the school year. A leadership team composed of youth and adults plan the activities.   In addition, our Eliot Youth will be part of a pilot program (2007-2008) of combined Newton UCC church youth happenings  that are scheduled for the second Sunday of every month.  Eliot youth have participated in such fun activities as mission activities, retreats, hiking and camping weekends, a trip to St. John’s Cathedral in New York City, alternative break trips, and other group activities.  Our educational and youth programs are dynamic and growing, and all are welcome at Eliot Church. We believe that each young person is special and deserves individual consideration and recognition.
